Yeah, I thought I would list it at a high price & see if there was any interest or if anyone had any info on it. Basically I'm just trying to find out some more about it so I can figure out what to do with it.

Well you can either buy a car it fits on or sell it to someone who can use it. Just please don't throw it away or haul to the scrap yard.

Well I won't be buying a car that it fits on, I have enough projects. I'll sell it to someone who can use it, it won't be thrown away or scrapped. Actually that's how I got the hood, one of the guys I work with was cleaning out a barn & decided the hood was plastic & junk so he put it in the dumpster at work. About 5 minutes later I opened the lid of the dumpster to throw some trash in there & there it was. I took it out of the dumpster & put it in the back of my truck & the garbage truck came about a half hour later, so it was a close save.

If you got it for free why not drop the price from $500 so it'll be available to guys on a tight budget and you'll get rid of it quicker. .Does your co-wrker realise the value of the hood?
