I have some of everything, I bought the tool that I needed for the job at the time. I have some of my Dad's tools and some of my first set of Craftsman.
I sold my rollcab Matco box and now I am trying to down size to just what I need to keep the El Camino running. I have 3 more boxes of tools I still need to sort through and try to get everything to fit in this.:blam:

I'm a full time mecanic so I need a good selection of quality tools. I have a 52 inch snapon box at work and my old mastercraft/beach/craftsman/international box at home. All of my precision stuff like torque wrenches are snap-on, air tools are Ingersol-rand and all the rest is a mixed bag of all kinds. I don't feel the higher prices of snap-on and mack are worth it for most hand tools and replacement parts like screw driver blades are made in china junk anyways. Sk, mastercraft, husky, proto and other professional quality brands are just as good with similar warranties.
As a sidenote, my snap-on rep told me 4 years ago that at the annual sales convention, they were so proud to announce the opening of their 5th plant in china

No pawn shops in the area?

Home Death spot... The local part store just changed to a new tool supplier "JET". Supposedly they're made in USA and Canada, I can't vouch for the quality as I haven't bought any.

JET Tools HQ is here in NYC.

That make shop equipment.

What store is selling there tools?

I've got all kinds of different stuff. Mostly old 70s Craftsman and Stanley. Lots of old Snap-On, S.K., MAC, and a little Matco. Lots of Japanese tools from the late 70s and 80s. All the newer stuff I have is Chinese or Taiwanese unfortunately. Those include Lowe's Kobalt and Home Depot Husky.

I've also got my fair share of Harbor Freight junk.

ug website wont work
