Yes & no, AC is definately a big plus but im sure they'll also have some way of monitoring thing like if your seat belt is on, using directionals etc. Supervisors like that kind of stuff. LOL

Yes, the larger cars feel better built, ride much better and have been easier to work on, for me at least. I also had an 84 D88 for 10 years with the 307 and OD trans. But this car runs so much better. I also prefer the sloped back window vs. the notch back straight up rear window.
I think it is the rear window, gives a nicer angle and makes the car look smaller. The early 307 was a great motor, I really think it was better paired with a TH250C or TH350C. If they would have upped the gearing even into the 3.08 to 3.42 range it would have been much better and a different story. My 81 was paired with a TH250C ad 2.41 gears with 15" tires was decent all around.

My current DD actually belongs to my daughter but she's in school right now and the stupid little car gets 40mpg and just won't die.

My '95 Neon DD died back in 2013 (Timing Belt) so I replaced it with something greener:

I always loved that color. Not sure why.
We've had ours for 20+ years. I replaced the cluster a long time ago so the mileage isn't accurate but it's got in the neighborhood of 275K on it. It's been totalled 4 times but has been incredibly reliable, which is shocking given it's pentastar pedigree. Still even on the original clutch. Just can't let it go.

It is the greatest color, ever. Come home from a 2 week business trip, look out into the vast airport parking lot wondering where I parked in the dark @ 5:30 in the morning weeks ago.

"Oh, there it is".

I don't know how people with white Accords or Camry's ever find their cars.
