Where to buy HEATER BLEND DOOR LEVER??

Hi all I need some help where can I get a HEATER BLEND DOOR LEVER?? I have looked a rock auto, Junk yards, Ebay and googled it but I have had no luck.

I need to find a site that has them and will ship to Canada. Anyone got any ideas??
