Okay then, I'll get some snapshots. Why not, since I made the issue.

It's not so simple though, as they're still on the car, and I'll have to jack it up to get under there with a camera. It may be two or three days.

Meanwhile, what did either of you find on your cars?

What makes sense is kind of insignificant next to what is.

If you order G-Body body mount bolts from GM today, the Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC), for example, Position three, you will receive a M10X1.5X80. Further investigation in the GM Standard Parts Catalog for this fastener indicates the fastener (bolt) will be 10.9 hardness

As stated, and supported by GM Service Information, published torques are dry unless otherwise stated.

I looked at a few of the old bolts that I had taken out, and on the heads they indicated 10.9.

Ah, but it's more complicated still.

So you can see how I got a little (0.1) confused. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.

Not disputing the point, but which manual is that from? I have three GM shop manuals, '83 Chevy plus '83 and '84 Buick, and I don't see that in any of them. (If I'd seen that, it would have saved a lot of blather.)
 
I just need 4 body bushing an 4 bolts,were can i get them ? i don't have the cash to buy the complete kit an i don't need the complete kit

I highly doubt only 4 of them are bad. Like many people have said before they can look just fine and actually be bad. Even if there was just four of them bad, you would most likely damage all the other ones that are good while replacing the 4 bad ones.

In answer to your original question, I could be wrong, but the local Chevy dealership might sell them individually. I would say that is your best bet.
