Hey all, l am wanting all that the family car has, bluetooth satelite and possibly nav. Need to know who makes the best (quick and easy to use) unit. Still havent found the new toy to put it in yet. Just need to have my sales pitch on with my wife.

Nothing looks as good as the stock head units. At least in the Olds's and Buick's.

Aftermarket stuff just looks hideous. 🙁

Thus the reason I added an MP3 jack to my stock cassette deck. 🙂

The JVC KD-S88BT is a cool lil unit. Has bluetooth, USB & AUX on the front. Also changes color if you want something other than blue or red. As for NAV, just grab a Tom~tom so you can take it from car to car. If you want a dbl din DVD player, the Pioneer Avic-X930BT is a nice unit too..

Bro Tom-Tom is the worst!!!!!! And the Pioneer Avid-X930BT is nice but it's like a double den when our space is like a den and 1/2.

Never dealt with Tom~Tom so I can't say how good/bad it is.. I was just throwing out suggestions.. Also, he said a family car so that leaves room for interpretation.. Aren't too many single din HU's that offer NAV anyway.. Most NAV modules costs $150~200 depending on the maker..

Trust me Tom-Tom sucks and as far as everything else you're right and but that's why I suggested the Pioneer AVH-P6300BT because you can buy it in a package that has the navi hook up with it or you can buy the head unit by itself and buy the navi part later on down the line.
