couldn't you just lie about the year of your car?
Heck no, they require a copy of your title that has to be in your name, a picture of your car in a secure location showing a current license plate and a picture of your car with the rims you will be using, but I could be mistaken on the info needed.

I believe you are correct!
They require quite the amount of information from you before processing your order. But DAMN, they make a nice finished product

Ahh the Federal government. $20 Trillion in Debt and still wasting money on stupid stuff like harassing US manufacturers for not complying with one size fits all rules written by lobbyists for bureaucrats that favor a few large corporations.

Hurray for "loopholes"!

My how things have changed. Even as late as the 90's, white wall tires were the cheap option and were half to 2/3rds of the price of the more desirable white letter tires.

In high school, I remember only having enough money for white wall tires for my 86 monte, so of course I had them mounted with the white wall to the inside.

Hard to believe guys are now paying $250+ per tire or having a ring machined and painted in the side wall.....

Popular white wall tires back in the 80's on GM cars were Tiger Paws

I hate white wall tires. As said, they were the cheap option and I aĺways picture them that way. I actually painted over them with black paint, better than $30 a tire to flip them around.
