Yes I know. Right now Im playing a waiting game. A buddy of mine supposedly has everything. He is going to get me the entire ls1 accessories, and the ecu with harness, all off of a 2000 ls1 camaro. He is kind of one of those guys that isnt always 100% honest. So Im waiting to see what he shows up with, and then Ill have a better idea what I actually have to work with. He also supposedly has a couple of 6speeds. He doesnt know if he wants to part with one of them yet.

So I have the accessory thing pretty much sorted and on my wish list.
Next subject. The ly6 I have was pulled out because of an oil pump recall. It passed but they changed it anyway. Long story I want to replace it before I start my swap. Ill be doing a cam so it would be sttupid not I think. What are you guys doing for an oil pump? A buddy told me Melling is the way to. I went to summit and there are more than one melling pump for Ls motors. So I tried doing by vehicle, came out of a 2500hd 2014. That came up with only a summit oil pump. Are they all the same? I mean if I just bought an ls3 or ls2 oil pump will it work. Or do I have to make sure I get the right pump?
