It didn't turn. The "grabber" arm/hook thing wouldn't catch the tabs on it unless I'd force it (thought I broke it for good the first time I pried on it) and once it would turn, it would get about half way around then the hook wouldn't reach out far enough to grab the next tab on the white wheel. This would leave the wipers on constantly (wouldn't pick the hook up to cancel) and would be pumping just a tiny little bit of fluid out of the squirters every time.
