Woke up to a loud bang early this morning. ****ing tree fell on the house. Big oak. Luckily no one was hurt, but there is a lot of damage. I think I've had enough of winter already.

Snow yesterday and a little more today, I wish they would pass a law that everyone has to have 4 snow tires on by Nov 1. It never fails I get suck behind someone on a little incline and when the light turns green they are sitting there spinning one of the front all season radials they thought would get them by in the snow....😡

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. It's gonna be on the local news. Check out WPXI Pittsburgh on Twitter and you can see it.

Insurance is covering it, but the damage is pretty extensive. We're lucky it didn't land 5 more feet to the right, it would've been much worse.

Wow Joe- I'm glad it wasn't worse. Between the mudslides and stuff your area has been getting hit hard. Here it was supposed to be a "dusting" that became 6". Total cluster**** on the roads with some folks still not home yet.
real snow tires

Turna last time I found "real" snow tires was at Whiteys on Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn. 225-75-15's are pretty big but they fit on the wagon.

Glad nobody was hurt, trees can be a major pita.

Here in NJ, snow tires are only allowed after Nov 15th.
