On one of my junkyard excursions, I removed a washer pump from a Cutlass Ciera. It's incorporated into the reservoir as Steve ^^ had mentioned. It's mounted thru a hole into the side of the reservoir using a rubber seal. It looks like it would be another viable option.
I never got to try it, and didn't feel like punching a hole thru a perfectly good reservoir.

I too like the reservoir mounted pump. My '77 Firebird had one but they tended to get brittle and leak. The newer models have a much better arrangement using a couple of rubber grommets that seal the pump to the fluid chamber. But I have had very good service from the motor mounted pumps. I find as long as there is plenty of grease in the channel where the cam rides and where the pump actuator hits, you are fine. Also keeping the washer fluid full goes a long way to helping the pump last. They used to sell rebuild kits for the pump but I haven't needed one in years.

One other thing about the F body reservoirs, they actually hold enough fluid to last more than a few squirts....

I must have a really good pump on my Bonnewagon. It's good for a ten beer squirt.
