How are you making out with yours? Hmmm...I haven't thought of having the bumpers powdercoated ...good suggestion.
I have thought about Argent Silver on mine.

mines just sitting in the garage waiting for warmer weather so i can spray it. its been an extremely mild winter for indiana with plenty of day in the 70s lately, just never on my day off.[/quote]

Yeah, I keep forgetting it's colder in other parts of the country.

Thank you Sebastian!
Your car is too nice to do that to...
You have one of the cleanest Malibu wagons that I've ever seen...it looks almost like new. The old man you bought it from must have taken really good car of it.
The rear hatch hinges, I just temporarily took the wing off to see if I like it with or without the wing (air deflector).
I'll have more pictures soon... 😀

Hey, thanks man!
What a difference it makes, yet subtle. I can't tell you how many years I've wanted to do this. I have seen it done before, so it's not really an original idea.. once I've seen it, I liked it.
Most of all, I wanted to eliminate those weather beaten fillers. Now I don't have to look for them any more.

I too like the look of the bumper Jack, good work man. We have also had a mild winter, I can't say mild enough for paint, but still not bad.

Thank you Jim.
I see that you're back to work on the car...that's great. I see good things coming down the pike...

I spent some time over the weekend prepping , repairing, and painting the radiator support and headlight buckets.. Also working on my '81 header panel. Plus a little preview of the "new" look 😀
