okay, so first of all..... all of you "young guns" with 442s and multiple other g-bodies and big trucks suck... I am 18, and a senior in high school, i work 32-35 hours a week at our local grocery store in the kitchen, and i bring home 375 to 400 every two weeks, granted not all of my money goes into my cars.... a year ago, i invested in a 42" vizio LCD... two computers... home theater system.... etc... but still.... i would love to have one ride in the condition of one of yours.... *jealous :D

oh.... and i HATE ricers.... timeing chain for my 84 4runner with a 4cyl: $84.00; timeing chain for my 90 LeSabre with 3800 V6 $50.00; timeing chain for my 86 cutlass 307 V8 $23.00.... something is wrong with this picture.... all chains were cloyes from o'reilly's

but anyways, that's my rant, now here's my rides in order of purchase

1: 1984 Toyota 4Runner: 22r 4cyl, 5 speed 4WD. Bought when i was 14 with 189,*** miles for $500, sold it when i was 17 for $900 wtih 192,***... gutless piece of crap took 44 seconds to reach 60 mph, and a certified toyota mechanic in town said nothing was wrong with it.... :p
4runner.jpg

2: 1989 Chevrolt T-10 Blazer: 4.3L TBI V6, 700r4, NP231 Transfercase. Bought when I was 16 with 163,***, currently has 167,***. this is my daily driver spring through fall, and i LOVE IT!!!! funnest vehicle i have ever driven.... short wheelbase + power + 4X4 = fun.... i baby this truck like it was the last of it's kind.... never sees snow...
blazer.jpg

3: 1989 Toyota Camry: 2000 inline 4cyl, 5 speed 189,*** miles, bought for $200 for my sister, sucked $300 out of my pocket, never saw pavement, sold for $100
camry.jpg

4: 1990 Buick LeSabre: 3800 3.8L V6, bought for $600 with 230,***... RUNS GREAT AND STILL HAMMERS LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL!!!! THIS CAR WILL NOT DIE!!!!!!!!!!!
bluebuick.jpg

5: 1989 Buick LeSabre: same as above, bought for parts for $100 with 250,000 miles... it still ran, but the guy i bought it from lost the ignition key, and the car needed a control modual
redbuick.jpg

6: 1974 Chevrolt Chevelle: paid $800, sold for $1400... it had a built 350... sorta.... it was slow as hell... the buick would blow it's doors off... it needed more work than i could afford or wanted to do.... the body was made out of bondo... :'( poor car... it was built by a stoner... who had no idea what he was doing... he even put a 2.73 "lincoln locker" in it...
chevelle-1.jpg

7: and my final addition to my collection... i'd been searching most of my life for this car... >:) 1986 oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham... no motor came with it, but i bought a 307 from a friend, and i am currently rebuilding it, so that it can be drivin while i build my 455 bored .060 over >:) i am going to make a true luxury sleeper out of this car... then show up some ricers with their damned whiney exhaust...

Not exactly sure what age is the cut off for a young gun is anymore, I think I may have passed it  ,but I'm not old yet nor would I consider myself middle aged, so I'l throw mine out there. My 81 malibu (my first car), I bought when I was 17, have had it 10 years now, had a few other a/g-body cars when this one blew engines,(79,80, & 85 cutlass') but this is the one I kept. Up until I was 21 all I had owned were A/G bodies, I switched to Dodge truck/ AMC Jeeps for daily drivers to keep my bu and at the time my 85 cutlass out winters way. Malibu started out with the 229 v6, now has an Oldsmobile 350, th350 trans, 8.5 open 3.73 rear, Interior color in the process of being changed to black (from green), and new paint in 08 (factory color).
