I'm proud to be a native Hoosier and would love to have a Studebaker w/ the real wood dash and all that. I'm happy to live in the one state where it is not necessarily expensive to acquire Studebaker parts. I can't even lie, I think it's such a beautiful car I would probably opt out of it being a 'project' and put it on display like a fountain in front of my house so I could just look at it every morning. Since they won't ever be made again I wouldn't even really want to drive it around for fear of some idiot smacking into me in town. An old post I made in like 2011-2012 asking if anyone had real wood in their Cutlass was entirely motivated by a real wood dash I saw in a 50s Studebaker at a car show.

I would love to restore a real 1970 LS6 Chevelle. I've always loved the way that year Chevelle looked. And I always day dream about those cars in the early 70's terrorizing the streets with 500 ft lbs of torque.

A Farmall model Super M-TA with a wide front and power steering.
Tractors are red. Crops are green. My cousin restored my grandfather's 1955 Farmall Cub - looks brand new! 7 grandkids learned to drive on it in the summers and my grandfather only had to rebuild the transmission once.

I have my project already, a 1968 Firebird convertible. I even have a correct '68 RAIII/HO 4 bolt main 400 engine and long branch HO exhaust manifolds. It has a Super T-10 trans that has a custom made shifter mount so it will work with the original '68 console. The rear is a '79 TA 4 wheel disc unit modified to fit the '68 springs and utilize the '67 dual factory traction bars. RARE! I got it in a 3 way trade and I have been slowly building momentum to finish it finally. My "dream" car, or the one I have hopelessly searched for, is a 1932 Ford Victoria with the flathead V-8.
