progress will be slow for a bit, picked up a 96 geo metro 3 cyl that needs a engine rebuild thats going to take priority for a bit. hard to justify a 15 mpg car when for under $1000 i can have over 50. not selling the wagon or anything just backburner for awhile.

Geo's make good economical commuter cars. An old buddy of mine had a 3 cyl., 5-spd Geo, and that car got between 40-50 mpg.
and they're pretty roomy considering the size. My friend was a big dude, too.
It should be an easy rebuild, I would think.

yeah its pretty roomy inside and im 6' 280! it souldnt take more than a weekend to rebuild i hope, figuring around $500 if i have to bore it.

well got all my parts and threw the intake on, while putting the harmonic damper on i stripped the crank :blam: .. fml. pics to come.

It's good that you got the intake on, but it sucks about the crank threads.. :? Those threads are so fine. Try a different bolt. It's worth a try.
