For those to interested in the boost idea LMC has a dual relay kit around $40 already wired up....it worked and was designed for Squarebody trucks.........the kit.......

http://www.lmctruck.com/features/cc/CC9DP.htm#partsTable

......and the install........(I didnt mean to install the video since its not a G-body vehicle, can someone let me know if I need to delete the copy/paste link).....

The above kit looks very interesting,and priced right as well.
Does it work on our G Body's ??

I just watched the LMC video.
It looks like a fairly easy project and you can see the difference in window speed.
They had also installed new power window motors,seals,etc.
I believe that if I were to do this that I would have an add on fuse block as I already have a couple of other accessories coming off of the battery.
A quick google search turned this up;

Something to think about for 2017 ...

I bought the LMC harness ($50 shipped) and did the passenger side tonight. Though I have a bunch of SPDT relays, harnesses and 10 gage wire, LMC's harness is worth every penny because it is so hassle free. Even my 30 year old motors act like new motors, now.

The Only thing that is different on my '86 was LMC said the wires were Blue and Brown on the trucks and mine were Blue and Black. Just remember "Black wire = Brown wire" and "thicker wires go to the motors, thinner wire to the switch" and the install is trouble free. I pop riveted the relays to the inner door skin in the armrest cavity.

The kit has more than enough wire for a G-body. I'll probably take 3-4 ft of extra wire out of it.
