Is it showing any fuel pressure during the pump cycle of 2-3 seconds? Is your TPS and IAC calibrated right? Check TPS with a voltmeter...closed it should read 0V, all the way open will read 5V. Is the dizzy hooked up right?

Firing order correct? Distributor in the right place? You say the injectors are pulsing, can you see fuel? Unhook the fuel line, cover it with a rag a make a mess. If no fuel then you have a blockage or something is disconnected or hasn't primed. Think simple and the complicated stuff tends to fall in line.

yep triple checked firing order when i put the new wires on,there is a chance the dist is out 180 cause my buddy dropped that in.i took off the return line and put it in a bottle & run the prime cycle & there is plenty of fuel,no chance that the lines are wrong cause they are 3/8-5/16-1/4. seems as though the injectors are just not opening cause theres on fuel odor in oil & dry plugs

Supposedly these TPI motors were nearly put in the SS from the factory. I never understood why GM didn't put the TPI motors in trucks. The TPI intake was designed for the 305, so the 350 only put out 245 hp but 345 ft/lbs of torque, perfect for a truck. With a different cam profile, they could have had the best gas truck motor available for those years. Compare that to the overrated 210hp and 300 ft/lbs from the TBI. Dodge had more at least 20 more hp and nearly the same torque from the 318, the 360, same 20+ hp but 30 more ft/lbs. The 5.8 Ford matched hp, in reality no doubt had more plus an additional 25 ft/lbs of torque.

Starting to make me wonder if the injector driver(inside the ecm) has taken a poo. The VSS shouldn't have any effect on this issue.
Do you have the VATS disabled?

yes VATS deleted, custom chip on a piggyback adaptor,i dont understand i i have the pulses but the injectors just dont open, new injectors & i also tried 150k injectors with the same outcome, what replaces the cam/crank sensors on these motors.something has to send a signal to the ecm to tell it that its cranking
