I think the LSA blower does have enough airflow to supply a 408 as I have seen it done, but I don't know how ideal it is.

LSA stuff is cool but it is expensive to set up all the stuff that bolts to it to make it work (drives, coolers, adapter plates if its a cathedral head motor. I think the blower itself is the cheap part.
I have 0821 heads cnc’d by Katech Performance

I only have the blower itself but I can get the zl1 lid and fuel rails on a deal and I already have the Aeromotive A1000 and -10 lines

I was referring to the rest of the W2A setup when I said lines. Last I priced the whole shebang it was gonna be close to 3k. Got a hp goal in mind? A friend did just north of 600whp in his bolt on V on a Dynojet.

Perfect. Blower will be spinning pretty high but it put down over 600 on my friend's car with 91 octane. I cannot understress the importance of a massive HX and some sort of expansion tank. The factory setup would puke water before you hit 100mph and never recover.

If it were me-
Baller heads + big cubes = sweet high RPM setup with a touch of spray.

Cousin of mine had a 13.5:1 ls3 on e85 with an EPS single plane cam, 2" long tubes and a Super Victor with a carb style throttle body in an t56 FB rx7 that weighed like 2600 lbs. That thing absolutely screamed.

Guy that I ran a drag weekend event with last month has a 82 regal with a 408 and a good set of ported cathedral heads. Moderate compression and an ls6 intake it ran 11.30's NA. Should go 10's with a better intake and some work on the launch.

That big cube engine with baller heads and a light shot of nitrous should go 9's.

Where did the 600whp number come from? If racing, then fine. But if you're chasing a number, then I'd recommend installing whatever is easiest for you to tune.

Your 408 with a proper cam and set of headers will be an easy 400whp. That areal can of whoop *ss on the street and tire roasting fun.

How do you intend to use this car?
