What year was that car again Joe?

It may be borderline as to whether any of my junk around here lists parts for it or not, but, sometimes ebay guys just list 'decal #4679832' or similar without caring to look up the original application.

One of these books may have a part number for you. Or may not.

Other than that, may need to make friends with a hand pinstriper, comes in handy for the Skylark too
It's a 2006. My grandpap took a look at it today, he was thrilled with the car. I told him I was having a hard time finding the pinstripe, he said, and I quote, "IDGAF". So if I find it, great, if not, no worries. I've got the little mark of excellence emblems to put on too, but I want to polish the fenders first.

You should have custom 3-d printed ones made up that instead of 'gm' mark of excellence say 'JOEs' mark of excellence then swap them onto junk you work on. I bet hardly anyone would notice the switch, except you get an inside joke out of it

They'd go well with the "Built Joe Tough" decals I keep saying I'm gonna make.

Now I have the 2006 Uplander AWD in the shop again because the alternator took a sh*t. And its a mission to change, you have to pull the cowl trim, wiper transmission, battery and washer fluid bottle out, along with removing the dogbones and rotating the engine forward to get the alternator out!
That's where I'd sell something like that. Hell no. 🤣

I got the %$#@&*&%$ 2012 GYP Liberty to pass inspection. It had both a small and gross EVAP leak with 2 permanent codes, and the GAS CAP warning light was on. This with the third gas cap in a year. So I replaced the ESIM valve on the EVAP canister, and the purge solenoid, and ANOTHER new gas cap [NOPAR], and all the problems went away. Now that the pressure is off, I can replace the old parts one at a time and find out exactly what part was causing all the headaches. JEEP- Just Endless Expensive Problems.

I agree. But only swapping parts will confirm this.

Well after starting on the trailer storage compartment last Sunday, I woke up sick as a dog on Monday and had felt like @$s all week long. Last night was the closest to normal sleep I've gotten all week, and after lunch time today I decided I had enough energy to get after this again. I added 2 2x3 bits in the middle to hang a center support off of made from flat steel that you can't see.

I also added the 1x up top and will get more flat stock tomorrow. I'll add 2 more to the front and back, one per side in the middle, and gusset that to reinforce it for fore/aft motion. I have just enough square stock left for that. Then it's time to cut, paint, and install the walls and figure out what I'm doing for the door hinge. Plus whatever I'm forgetting.
