I did mine but don't have pics yet. I had the cluster out and had a 12v power supply that I used it test all the bulbs before I put them in. If you want to change colors maybe try mixing the white bulbs with the other color to just give a hint of the color. I did all blue and it was too blue...
This is the one I used prior to the overdrive swap. Had a 2101 intake and mounted on the rear two bolts of the intake on the drivers side. Hope it helps.

Which intake are you running? I just pulled my bracket yesterday and it mounted to the back two bolts on the drivers side of the intake. I may do some work on the car today I'll grab a pic or two and see if I can get a part number off of it. I'm running an Edelbrock 2701 intake.

When I did mine I hunted forever to find a bezel with the wipers on the dash and the Large Hole for the knob. I may have a small knob switch laying around but I had the same problem. Plus I wanted to keep the rear defrost.
