From experience I can say because I'm still learning, the Haynes manuals are one of the greatest things for cars especially when you're learning. It's a great investment!I think this book is seen better days hopefully this is what you're looking for. Josh

This is pretty much what I’m dealing with a harness with a few plugs and the rest were cutWhat are you trying to wire? I.e. tell us about your new motor in terms what it has.
The wiring is relay quite similar on all G-bodies and most of the wire colors are the same across the brands (note - 'most')
Are you installing a carb'd SBC with an electric choke and Cheby HEI? Do you have a dash with gauges for coolant temp, oil pressure, volts or does your dash have idiot lights only? Are using A/C and what alternator are you using?
Alright so I should be good to grab an online fuse wire the two red wires into the fuse and run that to positive battery terminal? And the pink wire with white plug is dist ? Which plug is other plug for dizzy (tach) brown? And I’ll check on the gauge and stuff shortly when get to shopYup, pretty much the same as all G’s. The two 10-12 gauge red wires got the starter battery post with a fusible link or fuse in line - they power everything inside the car. The 10-12 gauge purple wire goes to the starter solenoid - it triggers the starter to crank the engine. The pink wire with the in the left picture is the dizzy power that is hit in run and crank. In the seconds pic the lady gauge pink or red wire is the charge wire for the alternator. The rest are sensor/switch wires that are easy to determine their use if you need them.
You need to know what you have for an alternator and whether you have a gauge or idiot light. And same goes for oil pressure.
