A quick look of the progress of my '79 Cutlass thus far...

Added window tint and 7" in-dash stereo (Pic of that coming soon)

Bought rallys and painted them peanut butter (matches the pinstripe and interior)

rallys installed, paint waxed. The peanut butter color really sets it off!

hea i have a 79 also shes a 350 runs like a monster i super charged her after i stroked it to a 387 car has about 450 maybe a lil more to the wheel i got a 442 rare end in as well love this car only has 69,000 but motor is rebuilt maybe 2k on new motor

Very nice! I bought mine at 97,000 and it's currently sitting at 100,***. Oldsmobile 260 V8. Original engine. Runs like a champ. :wink:

Nice looking cutlass. I wasn't sure about those painted rally wheels until I saw them on the car. They really pull the whole look together.
 
Danny, your car looks beautiful! I had the same hubcaps on my '79 when I got it too. Don't see them often. You made the right decision with the wheels though. It give your car a classy hot rod attitude. A lot of people will talk sh*t about running a 260. The way I look at it, as long as it runs okay - no problem. At least if you want to upgrade it'll be way easier to drop in a 350 or 403. The cars that came with 305s are a little more work to make into a proper Olds. Post up some under-hood "before shots" and keep up the good work.

cuttyrubskins, Threadjack = poor form. If your car is for sale there is a section for that. You'll get a lot more exposure there.
