Flanges are perfectly flat, ports are totally welded inside of the flange, collectors most importantly are welded correctly, and I got a guarantee from the builder of no leaks. 😛

This build reminds me of the HotRod build with a 500 caddy in the Chevette
Your just using a much cooler car

Yeah that was cool. They deleted everything but the steering wheel off of that car for weight savings.

Headers done except for paint...……………….or coating. I can't decide. Should be worth a few extra HP over what was on it. Tomorrow I'll start assembling the TH400.
