Hey Guys, I thought I would post some pics of my project, I have had it for about a month and havn't really done much with it yet because of the cold weather, but I pulled the back seat today and I thought I would show you guys what the canadian winters have done to my rear floors!

Here it is the day I picked it up!

It was an original six cyl, but the previous owner put this 305 in...

And heres my larger then expected holes, lol oh well

The car is in my unheAted shop, it's just barely above freezing in there right now, but it's also 3am, I work night shift so it's tough to get any day time warmth to work on it lol, I hope to put a wood stove in for next winter, but warm weather is just a few weeks away,

I'm just glad that the original owner had the rear frame rails replaced, the front floor pans were already done so it's just under that back seat and into the trunk, but for 500 bucks you can expect some rust;)

Everything is solid infront of the rear seat corners, body steel is pretty cheap so I'm not too worried, and yea shes been in Huron county it's whole life so it's definately got some cancer, your car lpoks excellent by the way,

Thanks, And I just checked both my parts cars and they are rotten there too. Your best bet is to hand fab a couple patches out of steel. The floor brace in front of that is where your body mount sits and Ive seen alot of them get soft there right at the end where it is spotted to the inner rocker. Good luck with your project.

It is worth it. Be some work, but will be well worth it in the end.
