If my pocket allowed me too, I'd love to be able to just order one of those all aluminum 6.0 LS engines from Summit that comes with an intake and carb on it.
Got a friend who is big into these LS engines and he's had some that run pretty dang good.
He's got an 81 Z28 right now that he put a 6.0 in that looks like a show car. Hasn't ran it at the track yet but it seems pretty damn strong.

Oh they are very strong. My last build was stout but it was lacking in areas that this one will make up for.

Well an update..Engine is going to be a 432ci..able to keep the Cylinder walls in tolerance..to that Bore.

I too also saw your monte on the MCSS site. I am putting in a 5.3/4L65E now. so what header CO are you using. trying to find one"s full length , with O2 bungs installed ( have looked at many , but most state u must use their engine adaptors) I found after trail and error the hooker clam shell type workd. BTW , that's gonna be a bad *ss when ur done ! thanks axld86
