Modify box for engine clearance? I have LS1/4L60 going in.. only thing I’ve read is possibly coil hitting..

This will fix any issues with that.

I planned on using all the Holley LS swap parts so I think it will be okay.. the LS1/4L60 that will go into the monte is in my 69 nova.. can’t swap it out until I have another LS drivetrain for that car..

The parts were from rock auto, four seasons. That evaporator was a pain, didn’t fit too well.. little more square than the OE.. just didn’t sit good with too cover.. made it work.. scuffed up box a bit for when I paint

Had some time the last 2-days to work on the monte’s firewall.. cleaned it up a bit put some primer on it.. next will be paint

Haven’t been working on the monte in awhile.. changed a few things on my 69 nova.. replaced the old style hood pins with the
quik-latch ones..

Also added some LED tail-lights and LED headlights to the nova.. what a difference of brightness from the H4 bulbs..

What did you use to wrap this ? When I reinstalled the AC in my wagon I didnt use anything. I want to fix this before I put the motor back in.

Found it at Home Depot. Was some kind of A/C filter.. I saw it on this site in a thread
