The next upgrade will be eliminating the 7.5 rear and installing this QP 9" with a 3.25 gear and a Truetrac
I first have to weld the rear brace on.

Firstly.... awesome job. And I had no idea you were using the 7.5 rear. Yikes 😬
Secondly, your center console .. is that something you made or is it stock or ???

I have a Moser 9" in my Monte, I was trying to decide how much of an upgrade I was going to do in the Regal (since it only has a 355 SBC) but got a really good price by buying the QP set up in pieces.
The center console is from a 2nd gen Fbody that I modified to fit my set up, I have the same thing in my Monte.

I finally got around to assembling my QP 9" , the first I did a while ago was weld the rear brace on and then paint everything in hammertone dark gray.

And then I assembled it, I had to change the studs out because they were too long to work with my adapters.
Once I finished the assembly I set it down on some HF moving dollies and rachet strapped it so I could push it around until I was ready.

I trimmed the spring cups a couple inches before install so they would work with my drag bags and I also had to notch the jack pad for the rear sway bar to clear.

And then got it installed, fits pretty good overall. The driveshaft is about an inch short so I will have to get one made.
I also ordered some small cushion clamps so I can make a couple brackets to hold my brake lines near the third member.
Also I figured I would try the Lube Locker gasket instead of RTV and no leaks.
