really nice job, I keep tuning in to your build, I know your itching to get this thing done and on the road so you can finally enjoy it, but i know all about taking your time and doing it right. So far I think you've done an amazing job on everything, you seem to be a craftsman, and it looks like your going to have a magazine worthy car once your finished. sounds really nice and I'm a fan of the "project" look

Thanks guys, I appreciate the compliments.

I'm really anxious to get this thing into at least primer now. Its tough now that I have it moving under its own power not to cut a few corners just to get it done and road worthy. But I keep telling myself that I've waited this long to finish it, I can wait a bit longer to make sure its done right.

One thing I have noticed, it's a bit hard to do 10mph. With the came and rear gear it likes to surge right around 1000rpm. Luckily my cruise rpm in 6th gear at 60mph should be around 1400-1500rpm. It's one reason I went with the 4.30 gears so that I could use 6th gear more often and not have surging issues.

I'm not sure how I missed this  You're doing a lot of things I have in mind for mine 😀

I've always wondered how a 315ish low profile tire would look, you've answered it, and I gotta say I love it

Sweet! It's always an awesome feeling the first time they move under their own power!

Andrew, I just spent the last 45 minutes typing out a reply as to how our cars are our babies. They are conceived in our minds.

I remember that first pic I saw of your car in the garage and making a comment to you about how I was doing the same to my car. My car still has so far to go and yours saw the light of day today. You got to drive yours today.

Well, as I was getting ready to hit *submit*, my neice decided to kick off her shoes and unplugged the freaking internet!!! Grrrrrrrr....

To sum it up, congrats on your accomplishment!!! Great vids, just keep up the work. You're doing one hell of a job and you're doing it at home and on your own!
