200-4r question

Okay I am trying to help my dad rebuild his 200-4r. I need a #4 thrust washer...the one that sits on the backside of the front pump. Does anyone know where I can get one? I have been to local shops that tell me the #4 is unavailable. I also contacted PATC and they don't have it either. Here is a pic of the washer I am talking about.

thanks for feedback. I got a #3 instead of a #4, only 0.004 difference. Checked endplay and its still within guidelines so dad's okay with it.
