Then fill your mouth with unpopped popcorn kernals. Next, put the wires from the motor end of the cord in your mouth. Then plug the cord into the wall outlet. The popcorn will pop right in your mouth! 🤣
In the late 80's, they stopped using the chrome plated bearings and started to use the brass roller bearings.
Also in the 90's they switched out the capacitor for a lithium crystal.
The lithium crystal will give you warp speed.
good idea. I'll put the LS sitting on the K frame with the wheels still installed to move the compressor around, they have these conversion mounts to put an LS on a K frame....

Mount the 80 gallon tank to the LS engine and just get a longer belt. Also, remove the cord from the electric motor, since you won't be needing it anymore. i may be stating the obvious problem here but since you never mentioned it, is it possible that your butter to popcorn ratio is off resulting in a poorly running motor?
Also, i just tried googling said compressor and i'm coming up short, i see home dopey, john deere, and OCC but no campbell hausfield........
Everyone is overthinking it with an LS fix, he really needs an old school flat head get things going. The 6 volt ignition can run on solar power, air cleaner can be converted to a popcorn popper, use the 3 speeds that they used to mash up the corn for fuel & whiskey, the exhaust can be used to heat the house for 11.5 months of the year.
