Random thought, if you like the C4s, raise your hand. I like them (stylistically) but everyone else I know seems to hate them.

I should have bought one 6 years ago. The guy only wanted $11K for an '04... he had to have an C6.
C5 Z06's are the only C5/C6 that has appreciated over the last 6 years. When C5 Z06's are more than C6 Z06's, however, that's when I'll roll my eyes.
Had one, 2001 Z06 in Speedway White with solid black interior.

I had friends that had the ultimate sleeper, back before 700 HP daily drivers are everywhere (around 2005). They took a 385 HP '01 Z06 and built a Lingenfelter Twin Turbo motor for it.
Externally it looked completely stock, but ran 133 mph in the 1/4. Of course, A-hole 405 Hp Z06 guys still looked down on the car as being inferior and would challenge them to race to show them how much faster 20 more HP was.

It's a great time to be alive. I get to reap the fruits of today's reignited horsepower wars. I'm just waiting to see far it goes before another oil crisis occurs or the gov't steps in to shut it down.

I wouldn't buy one but I liked the look of this 2017 OK. And, I'd prefer naturally aspirated but that whole 650 HP/ 650 lb.ft. just somehow sounded like . . . like victory! Someone brought one of these to one of last year's Optima competitions, I wanna say NOLA but not positive, and bone stock was right there with those heavily modified C5s. Of course, Danny Popp wasn't there but I think Rich Wilhoff was.
I just wanna drive my 442 again . . . I'll settle for that!

Well I got out the extra set of rims and mounted up the new drag radials 305/35/20
