The Calendar is up on the shop ready for pre-orders. I HAVE NOT figured out how much it will cost to ship to Canada yet, so you guys north of the border just hang on until I update the product page with that info. Lower 48 I'm just going to make it included, aka FREE SHIPPING.
... oh, and not to be outdone by CGBG (lol) it'll be $17 ea. I was hoping to go lower but unless I want to get like 1000's printed its just got to be like that.

Like I said I still need a non-white Monte SS to finish up one page, then I have to get the final document ready for printing... I will be out of the country next week, so when I get back on the 1st/2nd hopefully I can gauge how many I need to order overall by the # of units pre-ordered. Then they'll ship to you guys and with any luck you have them by Christmas.
