260olds-200 trans swap 4 350sbc-th350 tips..problems

I got 79 cutlass sureame has olds260 with small metric trans soon swaping out 4 350smallblock ans th350 any tips or problems anyone else ran into?..... the converter I have for trans has hs stamped on it is this high stall and how do I know if it will work with the cam I have?
