2wd blazer dual piston upgrade-need more info on brake hoses please

That looks great, Joe. Thanks for sharing the pics of your setup. Did you also have to use the adapter to connect the brake line to hose?

I used the gbody specific hose so there was no need. I did use the banjo bolt from the blazer caliper.

That's right....there's no adapter needed when using G-body specific hoses...where is my mind sometimes?.. when you're using the Blazer hoses on the G-body, that's when the adapters are required. I would also use the banjo bolt(s) from the Blazer.
 
I wouldn't use them being that old. You can't see what condition the rubber is in when covered with the SS covering

But I'm going to take a chance with them. I suppose I could have them duplicated using Aero-quip hoses and fittings. My friend has a friend up in NY that runs an Aero-quip hose store. I can probably have him bring them to his shop. Just a thought.
