Jeff,
The part # for the Russell braided hoses are 692100. They're indicated street legal. I know there's ones that are indicated "for competition only".

My only concern is that I've had these since 2005. They're 10 yrs old, never installed, and sat in my toolbox for those years

Those are the same lines I used on my malibu. Great fitment!

I just took a look at my Russell hoses and one of the Blazer hoses. From where they clip on to the bracket, the G-body hoses are approx. 1" longer. Here's pic. I have them side by side, but the way they're curled, it's deceptive.

I ordered the Russell hoses mentioned above. 60 shipped off of amazon. it sounds like they are the easiest and best option. thanks guys!!

You're welcome! That's a great price for the set. I paid more than that 10 yrs ago for mine.
I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great thread and input guys... Can I ask for some help and recommendations on where to buy the setup? Anyone here or do I have to search the yards for the 98-05 2wd blazer for my 78 swap... Thanks

Junkyards or online salvage. I got mine from a ebay seller. I think it was B&R salvage or something like that. Got the spindles, dust shields, and hubs. Around $90 a side.

Thanks very much for the part number and the dise by side photo of the hoses Jack, and thanks Anubis for posting the photo of your installation. They're a big help.

I wouldn't use them being that old. You can't see what condition the rubber is in when covered with the SS covering

So you have an idea how they will fit. This is on my blazer brakes on my malibu this is with the car on the ground

Full left locked there is plenty of clearance above the brake bracket and I also pushed in the clip after this pic for the brake line.

Straight

Full right locked
