I bet you were doing more than 40 before you passed the sign...

nice job and it looks great... 🙂

I just noticed those two black stripes .....

it was 193 installed. ill have to find the bill to see what the glass alone was.

damn, i havent updated or even been on this site for a while now.

Got the olds inspected, passed with no problems. Our family friend who i took it too, dropped by a buddys house to show the car off since his buddy is an olds guy, who also happens to do headwork. he said i could really benefit from a set of roller rockers. Looks like i found the right guy to redo my #4 heads 8)

Why i havent been on the site is because i've been doing a lot of work on my new beater 8)

Sold the jeep (aka heep) and bought an 81 rabbit with the 1.7 and a 4 speed. needed the floor patched and some body work which i am still working on. not a bad buy since it gets 38 mpg. plan on buying some coilovers and slamming this thing on its nuts 8)

How i bought it: drove it 90 miles home with no problems!

looking for a pass. side fender and pretty much focusing on the body this weekend. after its all done i'm spraying the whole thing with tinted epoxy primer and leaving it. not sure what color i'm gonna tint it though. after that its going low on some factory aluminum wheels

Cool, A few of my friends are VW nuts, couple even have rabbits, lol, they love those little boogers. When they run good, they're awesome, but when bad.........Time to tunnel and drop the olds v in there, hahaha. They can be a good fun little car though, kinda like a street legal go cart that can go 100mph, enjoy... 8)

haha definitely thanks!

went to one of the 3 bigger shows going on this year. didnt park in it, but just walked around with a few friends. Met up with another member on here wikdcut. It's nice to cruise around with another olds 8)

my electric fans took a sh*t tonight though, they dont work at all. my temp was up when we got to the show, and on the way back was all stop and go so the temp got up to 230ish. stopped for icecream and it dumped some coolant. let it cool down and i took the highway home. real cool night luckily and ran just above running temp all the way home thank god lol.

I know the bearings on one of the fan motors were going so it might have locked up and blew a fuse or something. not sure if i wanna go to the dodge dealer and get 2 new motors or just go with a solid 7 blade fan... input??

Rats, I was watching your build and wanted to go with the electric fans myself. I am using a factory 9 blade fan with a new working clutch and I am happy except for stuck-in-traffic-with-AC-on situations. It would be nice to kick in more fan from the dash. Do you fault the Intrepid design, or that it was a questionable junkyard item?

Man that sucks. Don't feel too bad though, when the cruise ended they were clearing the streets and some poor guys in a Duster must have had a dead spot on his solenoid and couldn't get it to roll over. They had to push the thing out of the way.

The joy of owning cars.
