My serpentine setup came from a 2000 S-10. Just make sure and grab all of the studs and bolts that go with it, as they are a pain to buy individually.
As far as fitment, everything facing forward is the same and you can even use the 4.3 water pump and clutch fan if you have a V8 fan shroud. There is a bracket on the back of the power steering pump that goes to the exhaust manifold. This will not fit, but isn't really needed as the pump is well supported. The S-10 power steering pump will hook directly to the G-Body power steering hoses and comes with a riser tube to make filling much easier. In your case, you will also want to get an A/C bypass pulley to replace the compressor and a belt for an A/C car.
The alternator is a CS130D, which is a little less common than a CS130 but the only real difference is the 4 pin plug is round instead of square. You will definitely want to grab the pigtail for that connector when you are at the junkyard. NAPA makes the SI to CS conversion kits, but if you can scrounge an 5 watt 83 (I think) ohm resistor and put it in line with your charge wire, it should work.
The only disadvantage with this setup is that the P/S pulley is quite close to one of the bolts on the P/S pump. Mine clears with about an 1/8th inch of clearance, shouldn't ever hit the bolt but makes changing belt a bit of a pain. A flat head allen bolt in this hole would fix the issue, but I haven't got around to it myself yet.

Overall it is a worthwhile swap, and I hope this helps. Good luck!
