78 cutlass W-31 build

Mr Eric..Sorry you hurt your back. Take it easy. With the backache, now may be a good time to take a little break. You will get it started. If it's like me, it's probably something simple that you have overlooked. I do that regularly. I have been working on my other sons cheap chinese atv, and it has thoroughly whipped my a$$. Bent valves...fixed. Broke timing chain...not yet. Had to walk away. Would rather be working on malibu. Just take a break and relax if possible. You will get her strait.

I know it's hot but a couple of advil and a heating pad in bed usually helps me.

I am definitely stressing and need to back off. If you look back in the thred you'll notice next weekend is Mom's services and the hole point of this build. I don't think I'll be able to pull it off but I'm trying. Today was the last full day I can work on it we leave Friday to her spot in the mountains

Eric, hang in there bud. We all take lumps on these cars. You have to enjoy the good days and get through the bad ones. You will get there.

Mr Eric...what is the engine doing? Is it turning over and not starting? Have you got fuel to carb? Tried starting fluid? Spark to plugs? Plugs firing? Timing right? Wires in correct order? 455 olds? I know these are probably some worn out questions and I'm sure you know what your doing...just want to see you get her running for Friday.

You can do it. The tail pipe fell off my 88 CSC, sh*t happens, hang in there. I felt the same way when my Dad died, don't feel like you are letting her down.
