I love the factory colors. Very similar to what I've picked out for my wagon, only with the darker color on top and the silver on the bottom. I'm hoping the darker color helps mask the "greenhouse" look of the wagon. Nice ride!

I appreciate the kind words! This is actually my first Grand Prix too. My only other Pontiac G-body was a '78 LeMans. I really like the color combo on this car and plan on keeping it when it gets painted one day.

Hey Steve, man that gp is really beautiful out in the sun! Bet you got stares and thumbs-ups all day!
I finally pulled mine out of storeage last week and am also starting the heart transplant this week.

No thumbs up, but people may have been staring because no exhaust past the converter

Finally yanked the dented fender! Now I need to remove the rest of the front end. The engine will be coming out and the frame & engine bay can get painted.

To be honest, I would have no idea if any other GM cars have anything that's a direct bolt-in. I was telling someone else to look at the W-body cars ('97 & up Grand Prixes, Monte Carlos). You might have to swap seat tracks or do some fabricating to get them to work but it can be done. A lot of those Grand Prixes have headrests similar to the ones in my car.
