wow man those look great. i didnt know the gp's had metal inner fender wells. do you know if these would fit on another gbody? and keep the updates coming!

Honestly I have no idea. I actually wanted plastic so I could've avoided going through this!

nice to see you don't waste your time while you wait...beermonkey will be proud of you....

That's a downgrade you're looking at too. I had to step down to light beer because I found myself getting hammered in the garage. The beers go down pretty fast when you're out there.

Haha, I killed a 5'x5' chunk of my yard when I cleaned my plastic wheel-wells for my 442. Simple Green may be biodegradable, but I don't think the grass could handle all the oil and grime... Right in the middle of the front yard.

Luckily I'm right next to the garage behind the house where you don 't see it. That stuff soaked through the cardboard and killed the grass.

that 79 sure looks clean and it looks like the engine still has the pontiac blue on it so probably been well taken car of.

Stripped and painted the 301 A/C brackets that I got from Grandamman. FWIW, I noticed an interesting correlation with the part numbers that I've never paid attention to. The set is numbered to go together. If it's of any help to anyone in the future here's some pics & info.
GM 546764, 765-2, 766, 767.

The 546766 was the one I needed and got from Shotgun. I would be amazed if the 301 stuff fit the 455, but I'm easily amused.

I guess we'll see when the time comes. I got a good deal on these so I won't really be at a loss if it doesn't work out. The idea is to get the R4 compressor bolted up with the factory lines.

Blasted and KBS coated the core support today.
