South of Fargo about 60 miles.

The last headgasket finally showed up today. So this weekend or next week if it stays warm it looks like I can stick on the drivers head and torque it down!

thats better!

i just remembered that theres a 78-9 TR at my local junkyard. i wont be out there again until spring, but it still has the carb. turbo and the red intake piece. no electronics. let me know if you need anything.

😀 Hood is the old one from when the car hit a deer. Have a better one with just a little dent in the side that needs to be poped out.

Undecided on that. Being it is a carb turbo the carb sits so far off to one side I dont know how that would work. I soppose I could cut a smaller hole in the hood just to let some hot air out but then when it rains the water will get in there and sit on the intake.

If I had a traditional V8 Id do it in a heartbeat but this is one motor that I dont know how it would work on.
