'83 Cutlass Cruiser Build Thread

Been debating adding the vinyl woodgrain trim around the car once it's painted. Should I do it?

If that is an 8.5 that means the 350 better get a rockin' set of heads and can and a bit of spray :)

Just a 7.5, I'm not made out of money lol
Buddy of mine was parting a car with this rear...
3.55 gears, posi, all new everything inside, less than a year old.
Should wake up the old pooch a bit!

Virus or no virus, it's that time of year...
Went and got the axle out of my storage container last week.
Looks like I might have a little extra time to work on the car coming up...
Supplies are on the way!
Be safe out there!

Well I had a nice little 5-day weekend, but since stock price is all that matters at Eaton, I guess I'm heading back to work tonite...
Got lots of supplies to keep me entertained... couple bits left to grab

Well I've just read your complete build thread from start to finish and have to say, congrats on a superb rebuild. It brought back so many memories from when I build up my Cutlass Cruiser out of a 79 & 83. And it was my first car back in 94 and I now miss it sooooo much. Your colour & wood grain choice were spot on.

Saturday was a lovely 62* so I fired up the wagon and went for a ride around the neighborhood.
April 11th might be one of the earliest dates I've had it out!
Sunday it snowed 4" and they even salted the roads...
Orders and supplies have slowed down at work so we got the week off.
I've got tons to do on both wagons, but the weather won't be decent until friday so we'll see if I accomplish anything...
Been catching up on my sleep and messing with my model cars to keep me entertained until it's warm enough.

My old sport wheel that I got from Lue started cracking last year, so I got this NOS wheel from Mike.
Weather is starting to head in the right direction!

Haven't done any work yet, but the weather was nice yesterday so I cruised for a little over 100 miles.
We got another week off next week so I'm going to try and get the axle swapped in now that it's warm enough...
I think all I have left to get are some sway bar bolts and the rear brake hose.
