Sounds like a 76. The motor side mounts will be correct

Oh yeah. As far as the engine goes you're gold aside from a Lil exhaust modding. You do need to either source a car th350 or have your driveshaft shortened

I have a short tail TH 350 I picked up also. (I have 2 trannys the long and short)
This is awesome news as I wanted to put motor in the car this weekend :D

You will need the block side mounts of the left.



Cutting this tab off will allow the top mount to fit in easier.



These are the holes you need to bolt the mount into.
