TLDR review
CTSV pan fits where a truck pan did but its $325 all said and done, i think this would be my second choice
Holley 302-2 pan fits good but its $390
TSP/speedway/jegs pan is like a 302-1 and is taller in the front than a truck pan and $344 all in
TSP 302-2 clone is $294 and what I am going to give a shot.
Full "take a step into my mind" review of oil pans for this thing.
Other thing I need to figure out, what oil pan to run. I am using home made mounts and stock truck pan currently, stock hood, 4th gen ls1 headers, and no issues with the truck accessories hitting the hood or the steering box.

The obvious answer is "use the holley 302-2" but at ~$390 I think there can be some money saved here.
Originally I was going to go cts-v, pan is ~200! Cool, but doesnt include the pickup tube with is $70 or a new pan gasket which of course mine is toast.
So basically to get what you want for the CTSv pan,
CTS-V oil pan: Part#12605814 $197 summit
Oil pan Baffle: Part# 12611129 $30 summit but you can modify the truck pan windage tray
Oil pump pickup: Part# 12621299 $69 rock auto
Oil dipstick tube: Part# 12584737 $22 summit
Oil dipstick: Part# 12584738 $15 rock auto
Pan Gasket FEL-PRO OS30693R $22 rock auto
So- $325 for the CTS-V pan.
Other option is the speedway/jegs in house pan that is a sorta copy of the holley 302-1 pan.
This option is 1" taller than the holley in front, but since my truck pan fits, I don't care.
Concern here is that it's .25" TALLER in the front than the truck pan. My inner tirods at full lock is what made me put my engine where I put it. I was unable to lower it anymore since the pan hit the steering linkages. Rather not raise my engine so I think this one is out. This or the 302-1 i think would fit if you were OK with lifting the engine higher than what it takes with a truck pan OR if you had a rack conversion but it's not what I want to do.

$300 for pan from jegs
Uses LS3 dipstick and tube
$24 for the tube
$20 for the dipstick
Includes pickup and new gasket
$344 total
Truck
Holley vs jegs, couresty of Anubis on here.
And the other option.
Judging by the diagrams, either this "top street performance" is the US name for the distributor or this top street place, Jegs, and speedway are all getting their parts casted from the same place in china.
Very similar to the holley 302-2. but cheaper.
In that previous thread I linked earlier, there is also reports of the scalloped outside of the pan(red box) hitting the frame with holley mounts, but its still an inch shorter than what I have, so I should be fine.
Cost here is
https://www.poormanmotorsports.com/...x-aluminum-rear-sump-oil-pan-aluminum-natural
$250 for pan
$20 for dipstick
$24 for dipstick tube
So $294 all in. Basically $100 less than the holley, its worth a shot in my book.
