We drilled procomp pc3003 heads. Exhaust side strait into water no problem. Intake side angled at 10* and was solid cast. Didnt hit water jacket. Edelbrock has hi flow reverse pump. 160* t stat. 3 core alluminium rad e-fans should do the trick i hope
