87 442 Turn Signal Switch Replacement

im also having the problem where I have no license light or tail lights at night.
Do you think the signal switch will fix this issue as well? the lights do work.

check the connection on the left side of the fuse box, that is the connection for the rear light harness and the brown wire, 3rd up from the bottom is the one for the lights. Check to see if you have power at that connection and that the aluminum wire hasn't broken from corrosion. If you have power there then heads to the trunk and check the brown wire at the connection in the left rear corner of the trunk. If you have no power there then there is a break in the wire at some point. If someone has tapped into the brown wire with a quick connect for trailer lights or something check that spot cause a quick connect will end up breaking the single strand aluminum wire.

It's black with delayed wipers. Cruise control is disconnected. Something is getting stuck inside where the stalk goes into.

Texas82GP, Thanks you just ordered it do you know the part # that the stalk slides into by any chance and where I can get it?
