Nice sounds good......congrats.....

Thanks! Preciate that. Not gonna lie. With this being my first "all me" build, lil worried and over checking stuff lol. But I think it will be ok. Main concern is safety. 700r will get dropped in by my trans shop and I'll get the flexplate looked at then...

I really appreciate that bruh!! I didnt do it all alone tho. Skip, Chicken boy, Mel, Chris, Al and Twin from GM Allstars have all swung thru and helped with issues that have popped up. And Im thankful for those brotha's swingin thru 😀 But you know what Im saying tho. So far no shops. I do havea great transmission guy and will let him do what he do..I didnt care about possibly messing the 200 up, so I tried my hand at it. The 700 has way too much loot into it and I dont wanna mess it up. Also Im a lil shaky on the brake light torque converter kt. I'll let the pro handle it and maybe try it later on another build... Thanks for the cool *ss words bruh. Keeps me motivated to go harder and get on your level...

😀 Man we've all come a loooong ways since we started our threads. Doin motor swaps, wiring sound systems, swapping rear ends, suspension work ECT. We are doing the damn thang and lovin it. Owe alot to the forums and homies that have comethru with the experience and passed it on to us. Still a ways to go but thats what its all about. Continuing to learn and push ourselves for an even greater build. Thanks for that bruh!

Didnt do anything yester. Woke up at 4:45pm and I had to rush off to work  Imma try to get up today and do a lil sum sumthin...

Started scuffing the floor and "smugglers box" area, acetone and rolled on some Chassis Saver. I'll finish up the front section after I weld in the seat brackets and Shifter mounts...Then cut and lay the Fatmat...

I let the paint burn off the block some more. Im loving the header wrap so far. Keeps the engine bay temp at bay. after 10 minutes of idling, I grabbed the headers and didnt get burned. They were still hot, but i could touch em. Gonna let the Chassis saver cure and then start the Fatmat. Took next Monday off for a 3 day weekend. Should be able to get some rest and a lil bit of work done....

Good to see you back Warren, is that paint going to help keep heat out of the interior?

Thanks bruh! The Fatmat liquid is just some sound damp stuff. It also works to stop rust and a "gravel guard". The chassis saver is a cheap POR-15 I guess. Ive used it before with really good results.
