classic doritos seem to be this squirrels jam, after the first i could really do whatever i wanted and it just sat there and looked at me so i handed it another and decided to see how close i could get to take a picture:

turns out i could get really close i thought it was funny u can even see the dorito dust on him, it's made of corn so that's practically squirrel food right? i suspect tomorrow he will start desiring mtn dew and nascar races. Hell yeah brother.

as soon as i stopped recording i had to do a ric flair woooooooo cause that puppy with open headers sounds good. admittedly it ran so lumpy because at this point we still hadn't added o2 sensors lol.
also with respect to the pypes exhaust and the jegs crossmember none of it lined up and no part of that pypes exhaust was proper no matter which way you rotated it and required every single pipe to be rebent at least slightly and one needed replaced.

ok so ive been out driving it for a few days the tuner had some issues at first, the memory card wouldn't work a quick googling told me alot of ppl have issues with it coming loose in transit so took it out and slapped it back in and it allowed the system to start learning an tuning. i'm not gonna say fi-tech is awful but the initial tuning the throttle screw to get it in spec on the throttle stepper thing was at bit involved. once it starts learning and collected data i had to watch a few more videos cause honestly their instructions kinda suck so i learned from youtubing some basic tuning, shes still a little rich and i intend to just lean it out a fuzz or throw down some bread and take it to a dyno shop next spring, either way i did some light weight number changing, because in one video i watched a guy was pulling fuel from it on decel to make it stop cackling on decel, i went the other route i enriched the decel fuel so when im hauling and the pipes get hot and i decel she dumps some into the pipes cause i like some proper pops and crackles on decel, get them nascar sounds. went thru some winding woods roads this morning, she was running nice and cool in the cool morning air and went pretty good. its not as fast as i wanted it to be truth be told i should have sucked it up and got the 383 i really wanted but its fast enough for now.
