I replaced the valve seals and unfortunately the car still smokes same as it did before. Any ideas? I guess only thing that comes to mind now is piston rings.

your pcv could cause you to burn oil but it's more likely your intake gasket...when you have oil on the plugs it's coming from above and if you have changed the valve seal with no change it's probably entering the intake from the intake seals and then being deposited on your plugs from the oil entering the combustion chamber when the intake valve opens. I have that problem with my intake gaskets but I'm changing the engine this winter so I am leaving it for now

Head-gasket* .... check your coolant for oil and observe the container while running. If it has backpressure (the liquid bubbles up in the coolant container) than it's not good.
 
I heard about the pcv valve will also look into that. Yeah doesn't make sense to me either for a new motor like this to be running so bad
 
sitting around for a long time you could have some rings stuck. Hopefully no rings are broken since it doesn't sound like you soaked the cylinders with anything to free up the rings before you started it.
