Gonna be taking a break from the cutlass till I can get this road worthy as a daily driver. So far I have to change timing cover seal, and go through the wiring and basic tune up stuff and personalizing. Gonna change the timing chain, and water pump while in in there. I'll post some progress and pics along the way. Gonna keep it kinda 90s ish. I like the wheels but can't identify them.

Those wheels are are factory 90s GM, I know that. Probably from a Blazer or a Jimmy. It seems that these trucks always had trouble with wiring. Either it being from a crappy speaker install or just crappy manufacturing.

Those are stock 2wd Chev wheels.
Had the same ones on my '89 c1500.
They changed slightly in '94 or '95...
Not Blazer or Jimmy because the 1/2 tons use the larger 5x5 bolt pattern while the s-10 used the smaller 5x4.75...
If you need tan interior parts my truck is still sitting behind my buddies barn...

Those are stock full size truck or Suburban wheels, there are a couple of different versions of center caps/covers. Those trucks act all sorts of messed up when the coolant sensor messes up. A faulty EGR valve can make them have an erratic idle.

Thanks guys. .. this is my 7th gmt400 chevy so I know all too well about the wiring and coolant temp sensor, etc. I've built up a few of these but this is the first step side extra cab. I'm trying to figure out if there are lug nut mounted hub caps gir these wheels or what. I need COMPLETE interior! I think most of the wiring issue is because there is no dash in it at all, and everything is just exposed and a mess. Bought it from a friend who had no idea what he was getting in to, for $500. My last one was a rcsb with 383, th400, 14 bolt with 4:11s, so expectations are high for this one.

Bro if you have complete interior I'd be interested in everything.

Where are you located? I'm in the Minneapolis area.
Mine is an '89... 350/700-R4. Trans gave up at 256K.
Regular cab, not extended cab, but still plenty of parts that carry over...
Carpet is trashed from my oily work boots, the rest is decent. Everything works except for the A/C and tape deck.

He's in South Florida, presumably. Why is the dash out of that truck? Bad Evaporator Core?
